What you'll want to know before you pay.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with no end date. It includes the things that cost us almost nothing to provide: your lobby, your score, your contacts, a little of Kai's time, and Babu's planning. Anything that sends, calls or charges a card is on a paid plan.
Which plan should I start on?
Start on Listed. It's free. Move to Claimed when you want your own domain and bookings, to Lobby when customers need to pay you, and to Front Desk when you're missing calls.
Can I pay to raise my score?
No. The rubric is public and the score can't be bought. Paid plans give you the tools that raise it honestly: domain verification, real bookable actions and facts kept up to date.
Will Babu do things without asking me?
No. Babu shows you the plan, the timeline and any cost first, and waits for your approval. Every job has a page where you can watch progress or stop it.
Can my bill run away from me?
No. You set a monthly cap for Kai usage and a daily cap for leads. If chat credits run out, Kai still takes the visitor's name and question, so you never lose the lead.
What counts as a connected call?
A call you accepted by pressing 1 that lasted 30 seconds or more. Declined, missed and short calls are free. Every billed call is listed with its recording, and you can dispute one with a click.
