What you pay for
A call you accepted by pressing 1 that lasted 30 seconds or more. Declined, missed and short calls are free. There is no monthly fee for live leads.
What a call costs
It depends on your trade and your area, because a roofing job and a lockout are worth different amounts. You see the price before you switch live leads on.
Who else gets the lead
Nobody. The caller is connected to one business. We don't sell the same lead twice.
What you control
Your hours, your zip codes and a daily cap. You can pause any time from your dashboard.
How you check the bill
Every billed call is listed with its recording. If one shouldn't have counted, you can dispute it with a click.
Where it's available
We switch live leads on trade by trade and area by area. Claim your lobby, and we'll tell you when your area opens. Full Desk customers are offered calls first.

Do I need a paid plan?
Yes. Live leads are available on any paid plan, from Claimed at $49 a month.
Does the caller know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Kai says so at the start of every call, before it asks anything.
What if I can't pick up?
The call moves on to the next business and you aren't charged. Set your hours so your phone only rings when you can take it.
Can my spend run away from me?
No. You set a daily cap. When you reach it, your phone stops ringing until the next day.
